My primary service is residential re-sale home inspections but I also provide new build framing/foundation inspections, pre-close "walk through" inspections, and new build warranty inspections. I conduct a thorough inspection of the home, provide a detailed electronic report, an in-person client/realtor review, and take care of all of the scheduling. I am a member of the Intermountain MLS, amongst other associations, and have Supra eKEY lockbox access.

I provide pre-sale inspection and RE-10 repair services. Proactively identifying and correcting issues prior to listing a home can help save thousands in repair credits and help streamline a real estate transaction. I also provide repair services for commonly requested RE-10 repairs. I do NOT offer repair services for homes that I have inspected for a buyer in contract.
