Solid Real Estate Services serves the greater Boise metropolitan area. However, I will travel statewide to conduct inspections if requested. Contact me directly for any questions about locations, quotes, or any other information regarding my services. 

Solid Real Estate Services inspects a wide range of properties, including single-family homes, townhouses, condos, apartments, flats, and multi-family dwellings.

Contact me directly and I will provide you with a short list of information I will need to get you a quote or schedule your inspection. In most cases, I will need the MLS listing, the buyer's contact information, and the Realtor contact information. 

While it is not required, I highly recommend being present at the conclusion of my inspection. I typically take 30 minutes to walk through the property and answer any questions after I have completed my inspection. In my experience, this is the absolute best way to conduct a review of an inspection. I can also provide virtual reviews through facetime or other applications for buyers or Realtors that are unable to attend in person. 

As a registered Contractor in the in the state of Idaho I can take on almost any job. However, I prefer smaller, handyman type jobs while operating as a home inspector. This allows me to have a flexible schedule so I can accommodate inspection requests in a timely manner.  Please contact me if you have any questions.
